Holiday park De Pier closely follows the developments surrounding the corona virus. We want you to be able to start your holiday with peace of mind and have a nice stay with us. We are in contact with the entire sector with the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the GGD so that we always have the correct and latest information. We strictly follow their advice. The guidelines can be found on the website of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM).
The facilities at our holiday parks are open. Of course we adhere to the requirements set by the RIVM. This means, among other things, that we are allowed to allow a limited number of people per hour in the swimming pools. It is therefore mandatory to reserve a spot by the pool. Our holiday park is open
Our holiday park is spacious and our accommodations have a spacious terrace, so you do not have to come into contact with other holiday guests. We have taken appropriate safety and hygiene measures at our park. We ask you to follow these guidelines.

- Both staff and guests must always keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
- The swimming pools at our holiday park are open. However, we must adhere to the requirements set by the RIVM. This means, among other things, that we are allowed to allow a limited number of people per hour in the swimming pools. It is therefore mandatory to reserve a spot by the pool. Holiday park De Pier maintains contact with the GGD and RIVM is consulted if you have any questions. We also strictly adhere to all measures and advice imposed by the government.
Holiday park De Pier has taken various hygiene measures:
Disinfecting hand detergents and disinfection sprays are located at various positions in the park.
All central areas and homes are cleaned with disinfection and antibacterial cleaning agents, according to strict work instructions.
The reception area and so-called contact points such as light switches, bedside tables and extra door handles / knobs are cleaned with professional means.
The linen is washed at a temperature above 60 degrees so that viruses do not survive.
If a reception employee or the owner or family members of the aforementioned employee has a cold, sick or something else among the members, the employee will stay at home for at least 1 day after the symptoms have disappeared.
Our reception is open, but our employees will keep their distance. Please keep to the 1.5 meter distance, enter the reception with 1 person at the same time and pay as much as possible by pin / contactless.
Day visits are permitted in accordance with national rules such as the 1.5 meter distance and a maximum number of people at the same time.
All employees, guests and owners who work at our park remain informed and reminded about the measures taken, protocols and the appropriate distance. This is also done through various posters, stickers and through our information channel, such as the website and by telephone. If the situation changes or if it is not an emergency situation, all guests will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.
The management of Holiday park De Pier, as well as all administrators and security staff and emergency services, monitor the state of affairs on a daily basis and adjust the management plan and measures accordingly.
Holiday park De Pier always puts the safety, health of its guests, owners who stay or tolerated living in the park and that of its employees. The government restricting measures, as well as advice, will also be followed at all times and Holiday park De Pier will always try to do more than is requested, to exclude the risks as much as possible.
